Former Black Stars goalkeeper and current Ghana assistant goalkeepers coach Fatau Dauda has successfully completed the UEFA Goalkeeper B Diploma with the Football Association of Wales.

The achievement marks another significant milestone in Dauda’s coaching career as he continues to enhance his expertise in goalkeeper development and coaching education.

Dauda, who represented Ghana at international level during his playing career, has transitioned into coaching since retiring from professional football. He currently serves as the assistant goalkeepers coach of the Black Stars, where he works closely with the national team’s goalkeepers.

The UEFA Goalkeeper B Diploma is designed to equip coaches with advanced technical and tactical knowledge in goalkeeper training, player development and modern coaching methodologies.

His latest qualification is expected to further strengthen Ghana’s national team coaching setup ahead of future international assignments.

Dauda’s accomplishment has been widely welcomed by the Ghana football fraternity, with many congratulating the former shot-stopper on his commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in coaching.
