The supreme Court has reportedly suspended the enforcement of a Court of Appeal decision that directed the Bank of Ghana to restore the operating licence of GN Savings and Loans.
According to the Supreme Court’s decision, the order effectively halts the resumption of operations of the former bank owned by Groupe Ndoum.
