Newly promoted Access Bank Division One League side NUKUNU FC is expected to appoint former Techiman Eleven Wonders chief executive officer Steve Puro as the club’s new General Manager.
Puro, regarded as one of the emerging football administrators in the country, has previously held key administrative positions with Techiman Eleven Wonders and Wa Power SC. He also served as Bono Regional Secretary of Accra Hearts of Oak’s Regional Chapters Committee (RCC), a role that further enhanced his experience in football administration and club management.
The anticipated appointment is seen as a strategic step by the NUKUNU FC board as the club prepares for its debut season in the Access Bank Division One League following promotion.
Club officials believe Puro’s administrative background and knowledge of Ghanaian football will help strengthen the club’s structures and support its ambitions in the second tier.
NUKUNU FC is expected to confirm the appointment in the coming days as preparations continue for the start of the new Division One League campaign.
