Ghanaian right-back Clinton Dombila has completed a free transfer to Armenian giants FC Noah after bringing an end to his three-year spell with fellow Fastex Premier League side FC Ararat Yerevan.
The 21-year-old joins the Black and Whites following an impressive stint at Ararat Yerevan, where he established himself as one of the league’s most consistent full-backs with his defensive solidity and attacking contributions.
Dombila, enjoyed a breakthrough 2024/25 campaign, earning the club’s Player of the Season award after a string of outstanding performances. Although injuries limited his involvement during the 2025/26 season, he still made 17 appearances across all competitions, including 15 in the Armenian Premier League.
Across his three seasons at Ararat, theJMG Academy graduate featured in 65 matches in all competitions, 55 for the senior team and 10 for Ararat II while contributing three assists from defence.
Comfortable on the ball, Dombila is renowned for his pace, strong tackling, positional awareness and ability to read the game. Going forward, he is equally effective, providing overlapping runs, accurate crosses and support in attacking transitions, making him a complete modern full-back.
The move to FC Noah marks another significant step in Clinton Dombila’s career as he looks to establish himself at one of Armenia’s biggest clubs and help the team compete for domestic honours and success especially in European competitions.
