Aduana FC have stepped up efforts to extend the contract of midfielder Seidu Saana as interest in the player continues to grow ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The Dormaa-based club are keen to retain the services of the midfielder and have opened discussions over a new deal in a bid to ward off interest from rival clubs.
Sources indicate that Asante Kotoko have entered the race for Saana’s signature, with the Porcupine Warriors identifying him as one of their transfer targets ahead of the new campaign.
Newly promoted FC AshantiGold 04 are also pushing strongly to secure the midfielder as they look to strengthen their squad for their return to the Ghana Premier League.
With interest mounting, Saana is now faced with an important decision over his future—whether to commit his long-term future to Aduana FC or pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Negotiations remain ongoing, with Aduana FC hopeful of convincing the midfielder to stay despite the growing competition for his signature.
