Accra Lions have strengthened their partnership with Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt following a youth team friendly in Germany.

The Ghanaian club’s youth side defeated their Eintracht Frankfurt counterparts 3-1 on Wednesday in a match played at Reiderwald, the German club’s training facility.

While the result highlighted the quality within the Accra Lions academy, the fixture also served as another important step in the growing relationship between the two clubs.

The friendly formed part of the ongoing collaboration between Accra Lions and Eintracht Frankfurt, with both sides continuing to work together in youth development and player progression.

Officials from the two clubs used the occasion to further strengthen ties, reaffirming their commitment to a partnership aimed at developing young talent through shared knowledge and regular exchanges.

Accra Lions have maintained close links with the Bundesliga outfit in recent years, and the latest meeting in Germany is expected to further enhance the relationship between the Lions and the Eagles.
