I honestly don’t know if I’m paying the price for trying to impress a woman or if something is seriously wrong with me.

A few weeks ago, I started dating a lady I really liked. Things were going well, and I wanted our first intimate experience to be unforgettable.

A friend gave me some aphrodisiac pills and assured me they would help me last longer in bed.

He said he uses them all the time without any problems, so I didn’t think twice. A few hours before my girlfriend came over, I took two of the pills.

When we eventually had sex, I lasted for almost three hours without ejaculating. She was already in pain, so we had to stop. We tried again later, but I still couldn’t climax before she left that evening.

Even after she left, my erection wouldn’t go away. It stayed like that throughout the night. I thought sleeping would solve it, but I woke up the next morning, and it was still there.

By then, I had developed severe pain in my lower abdomen. Out of desperation, I sat under a cold shower and kept pouring cold water over myself until the erection finally went down around 3 p.m. that day, almost two days after I had taken the pills.

I thought the nightmare was over. Instead, the abdominal pain disappeared, and a terrible headache took its place.

I’ve now had this headache for nine days, and it keeps getting worse. I went to the hospital three days ago, but the doctors only gave me painkillers because the erection had already subsided. The problem is, the medication isn’t helping at all.

The pain is unbearable. I can barely sleep or eat. Sometimes I can’t even see properly because my head hurts so much. It honestly feels like my head is about to explode.

I called the friend who gave me the pills, but he insists he has never experienced anything like this and doesn’t know what could be causing it.

Right now, I’m terrified. I genuinely feel like I’m not going to survive this if something doesn’t change soon.

Has anyone ever experienced something like this after taking a sex enhancement pill, and what should I do before it’s too late? I need your help!
